A former Emergency Manager / Director of eighteen years for the US Air Force. Orange County Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) trainer and Citizen Corps program manager. • Manages the County Multi-Year training and exercise plan; work closely with State, community partners, public safety officials and volunteer organizations.• Develop, design, and deliver public information and outreach programs relating to disaster preparedness.• Design and implements emergency planning seminars for local businesses relating to emergency management.• Coordinates, design, facilitate and evaluate multi-jurisdictional exercise, which test response and recovery procedures.• Assists in the writing and processing of Federal and State grants.
