I have proven ability in Business Development and Processes with cost reduction and capital increase and I have personally developed, implemented and evaluated Compliance strategies, market of after-sale and supply chain and IT for companies leaders in the segment of electro-electronic and Health Care Products, like LG Electronics and Johnson & Johnson Internationally.Due to my exceptional abilities, knowledge, networking and skills during more than 17 years of professional experience worldwide in one of the largest multinational organizations in the world, entrusted in a strategic/senior position in the field of Business Data Governance, IT and Supply Chain.    Part of Johnson & Johnson program that will enable a multi-year digital transformation journey that will harmonize many disparate global MD and Pharma ERPs into a single SAP S4/HANA platform to modernize the digital core and enable a digitized end-to-end (E2E) business. Global standardization for the ERP Customer Master data and its management processes and associated activities. Leading the design of the master data management process for customers/material and Vendor ensuring process/system/data standardization is foundational for JSC\'s business needs. As Master Data team, driving Operational and governance process implementation with a new capability workflow (Syniti) and (MDG) I´m responsible for deliver ERP platforms with appropriate level of standardization to enable improved interoperability across platforms and enable forward-looking, streamlined global capabilities. Establishing governance, operating model, clear roles and responsibilities, and defined accountability across functions to strengthen data standards and Data Governance capabilities, developing strategic operational priorities to enable transformation by balancing internal and external constraints. Ensure that master data standards minimize the downstream effort to meet industry standards (e.g. GS1 GDSN, Nota Fiscal, EUMDR, GUDID, IDMP, DSCSA). Drives new data framework and stewardship, ensuring organizational readiness to enable robust compliant behaviors in data management global alignment, Customer Master, Material Master and Vendor Master.
