Managing caseloads and assigning new cases to a team of supporting investigators.• Execute investigations involving the use of industry best practices, adhering to lab procedures, policies, and methodologies for digital investigations, E-Discovery, and evidence handling.• Conduct comprehensive forensic imaging and examinations of electronic devices, ensuring accuracy and integrity in investigations.• Review technical logs for indicators of compromise, data exfiltration, or other misconduct from cloud-based services such as Azure utilizing the following• tools and technologies: Splunk, EnCase, Magnet Axiom, Nuix, FTK Imager, Carbon Black,KAPE, Sentinel, Live Response, and Intune as some examples.• Perform virtual and in person interview of subjects in collaboration with GCO investigations team for internal investigations. • Establish and maintain the chain of custody for digital evidence in cases related to improper use of company assets, internet usage violations, theft of intellectual property, and data exfiltration.• Create training materials to enhance the knowledge and capabilities for our internal investigation team.• Collaborate with the incident response team on external threats and incident investigations.• Liaise with General Counsel, Human Resources, Ethics Internal Investigation and internal monitoring teams to review incidents and conduct investigations when necessary.• Utilize EnCase, FTK, Carbon Black, Nuix, Axiom, Azure, Broadcom, and Splunk in combination with other tools for investigations and evidence gathering.
