I’m a first-generation Latinx people leader focused on building inclusive, high-performing organizations through intentional, people-centered hiring.I began my career as a high school educator through Teach For America and transitioned into district-level talent work, where I partner with school leaders, HR teams, and community stakeholders to strengthen hiring systems and expand access to opportunity.Currently, I serve as a Recruitment Specialist at Boston Public Schools, the largest public school district in New England. I support large-scale recruitment across the district, working at the intersection of strategy, outreach, and partnership-building to meet complex staffing needs. I collaborate closely with principals and central office teams to navigate hiring in a unionized environment, align staffing decisions with district priorities, and ensure a clear, equitable, and human-centered experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.Previously, I served as Senior Manager of Recruitment & Retention at KIPP Massachusetts, where I led region-wide talent efforts across multiple schools. In that role, I partnered with school and regional leaders on hiring strategy, onboarding, retention systems, and staff experience initiatives, supporting teams through periods of growth and change.Fluent in English and Spanish, I bring a people-first mindset grounded in cultural humility, systems thinking, and operational clarity.
