Contract Manager for Major projects associated with HV substations. & Underground power networks • Delivering all pre contract commercial activities including preparation of Tenger package (ITT) for Design and Build EPC Contracts under the NEC3 Option A, drafting the WI, evaluating the technical and commercial offers and negotiating/agreeing final contract terms • Responsible for reviewing and monitoring of the pre and post contract projects cost and forecast from early conception up to the Final Account.• Ensure that all contract-related documentation both pre and post Contract is accurate, complete, and up-to-date and that all parties involved in the contract are aware of their responsibilities and obligations• Provide regular reports to senior management on contract management activities, including contract status, risks, and opportunities.
