My career spans over ten years of hands-on management and leadership experience in both B2C and B2B environments. My background includes a Business degree from the top university in South America (which I switched from Computer Engineering after winning a business competition), an \"exceptional\" performance in an MIT Blockchain specialization course, receiving the maximum grade in all exams and assignments, and an MBA in Investments and Private Banking. From my experience studying also at the top-ranked computer engineering university in South America, I\'m not afraid to \"get my hands dirty\" and code, or dive into the details of technology and architecture. I am an action-oriented strategic thinker and innovator who works hard, is self-motivated and gets anything that needs to be done efficiently; I am passionate about finding new ways to create value, solving complex problems and driving growth. My global perspective and diverse background have shaped my approach to business and life. I live in Canada but hold Italian and Brazilian citizenship, speak three languages, and have overcome many adversities, including growing up in a poor family and building a successful career in the tech industry. My dedication to personal development and willingness to take on challenges have enabled me to achieve remarkable things. I\'m committed to using my skills and knowledge to create meaningful change in the world.A few curiosities about me include winning a business competition against approximately 30k other students back in university, and finishing in front of 150k. In my rare free time, I enjoy chess and am ranked above 99.6% of players globally on chess.com.
