I am a network engineering professional with more than 15 years of experience designing, deploying, and operating large scale telecommunications and service provider infrastructures across Latin America, the Caribbean, and the United States. My career has centered on building resilient, high capacity IP networks for major operators such as Claro, Telefónica, Alcatel Lucent, and Cisco, where I have led complex migrations, backbone modernization projects, and multi country integrations involving MPLS, BGP, OSPF, L2VPN, VRF, QoS, and carrier grade platforms.My expertise spans both Juniper and Cisco, with hands on mastery of MX, ASR, NCS, CRS, Nexus, and Metro Ethernet families, as well as deep experience with DWDM, mobile backhaul, and ISP grade routing architectures. I have supported mission critical environments, resolved high severity incidents, and collaborated with cross functional engineering teams to ensure stability, scalability, and operational excellence. Throughout my roles, I’ve contributed to backbone growth initiatives, customer onboarding, network optimization, and the engineering of new services across multiple countries.What drives me is the challenge of building networks that are not only fast and reliable, but engineered with precision, documentation discipline, and long term scalability.
