ABOUT CARLO MASINI
Over 25 years career span with Mediobanca during which, for the first 10 years, I was responsible for institutional investors coverage both in the equity and fixed income space; then moved on to management roles in the London Branch set up as Markets COO and finally as head office business manager reporting to the General Manager. In this capacity, I successfully completed a change management project in the Treasury area and ended up, starting July 2016, as Head of Group Treasury. Now part of the Chief Financial Office, Group Treasury covers an enlarged perimeter ranging from Strategic Portfolio, ALM, Funding Plan, Liquidity & Interest rates Risk management to NII & Trading projection and Capital Planning thus thriving in its growing central role.
