Degree in Computer Engineering, 10 years of Consulting, more than 15 years CEO experience for startup, SMEs, Corporates or Listed companies in Technology, Consulting, System Integration and Business Transformation (in Telcos, Energy, Utilities, Industry, Luxury, Real Estate). Deep experience of Project Planning, Sales Planning and Management of huge Business Transformation/Integration and IT projects, strong Management ability, extensive International Experience, managing up to 5 Business Unities/VPs and 1.200 people. Long M&A field experience on large acquisitions up to 500Mi€ per deal. Managing any type of company, from Startup, to Large Corporates and Listed Companies, incredible ability to manage executive relationship and/or push and motivate the team. Have been discussing and signing contracts, up to 100Mi€/year.
