Acts as primary point of contact of escalation to Tech, OSD and FA teams for multiple clients in scope in the Boston location in respect of derivative activity • Oversees the daily Trade Capture and Reconciliations deliverables to avoid any potential nightly NAV errors • Manages relationships with offshore Trade Capture and Reconciliations teams to guarantee smooth and efficient transfer of outstanding tasks and issues throughout time zone coverages • Develops, supervises, and maintains strong relationships with Prime Brokers and clients, as well as internal departments to drive and ensure the delivery of high-quality service • Assists senior management with deliverables for ongoing and upcoming projects and provides timely information for all internal and external audit requests
