My focus is on coordinating efforts across teams to bring the product from concept phase to industrialization.• Oversee and coordinate activities related to the development of innovative PEM stacks, managing multidisciplinary R&D projects from concept to industrialization.• Lead internal meetings with technical teams to synchronize project tasks, align objectives, and share progress.• Facilitate collaboration with internal departments and external partners, including suppliers, research institutes, and consultants.• Draft, update, and monitor project planning and budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and timely delivery.• Conduct project risk assessments, identifying potential challenges and implementing mitigation strategies.• Provide regular updates to the steering committee and managing directors, delivering detailed insights on project progress, delays, and deviations.• Write or validate technical reports, ensuring accurate documentation and the capitalization of the company’s know-how.
