I have 20 years of work experience related to electro-mechanical products in a Product Development to Quality Assurance role. I have experience working across multiple industries from consumer A/V products, quick service restaurant order confirmation displays, and Defense industry related products.I have experience managing multi-position roles which range from creating manufacturing assembly and inspection documentation for production department; managing or assisting in company\'s QMS system compliance re-certification efforts with ISO 9001 standard; perform internal and external audits of contract manufacturers and tooling suppliers as well as their QMS system both in China and domestic suppliers; and program/reprogram, configure/reconfigure, and troubleshoot products both in production and from RMA field returns.Product evaluation experience includes the testing, utilization, and evaluation of LED backlit LCD panels and related power components as part of an embedded system designed for outdoor environments as part of a remote display system utilizing Video over CAT5e, HDMI, Display Port, over via wireless transmission using RF technology.Quality Assurance experience includes evaluation of first article samples and documentation as well as CpK reports for production builds of plastic and metal custom tooled parts used for finished good assemblies for Mixers, Loudspeakers, Amplifiers, and Video Streaming products used for Live Sound, Cinema, and System applications. Work with suppliers by issuing NCMRs and sCARs as needed for non-conformances found with production builds or failure trends related to field failures.I have worked with suppliers directly with contacts in Mexico, Malaysia, China, Korea, Taiwan, and the Philippines in the past to obtain schedules for delivery for production component parts, request for RMA returns for nonconforming received products, or to order or request evaluation samples for R&D purposes.Additional past in-house roles included document control manager, purchasing manager, IT manager, and quality manager.I have utilized Sage 100 ERP, Epicor ERP, Agile, and Oracle databases for day to day manufacturing and sales related operations as well as product tracking. I am capable and have created custom database reports using the SQL data from those databases with reporting applications like Crystal Reports, Discoverer Plus, MS Power Queries, as well as Access reports.
