Prior to relocating, Carlo graduated with a degree in Foreign Languages and Literature in Italy and continued his studies in the United States, later receiving a degree from Tisch School of Arts at New York University. He began his career in production and entertainment, before joining the Consulate General of Italy. It was during this time that he was introduced to his initial client roster, who were seeking to invest and purchase second homes abroad, in a time when the euro was exceptionally high. In these first real estate transactions, Carlo rapidly gained experience in representing both seller and buyers and the unique demands of each.
