Designed and built a robust, inclusive music curriculum from Preschool through 8th grade, which includes two percussion ensembles, a ukulele orchestra, six plucked string orchestras, single and cross-grade choruses, and several miscellaneous groups (jazz, rock, classical)- Developed relationships and programs with community partners, such as San Francisco Conservatory of Music, several local high schools and various organizations to expose our students to a wide-range of styles and various performance opportunities- Develop Performing Arts Program beyond music into Theater, Dance, and more- Directed Student Ensemble Performances for Italian President Sergio Mattarella, World-Renowned Chef Alice Waters, and other notable figures- Coordinate and direct four large concerts per year, two at Herbst Theatre and two student produced- Compose, arrange and prepare differentiated music and lesson material for students- IB-PYP and IB-MYP planning and assessment.
