A Drama Desk-nominated director, published writer - plays, screenplays, memoirs, immersive experiences, television pilots, and screenplays - producer, and award-winning actor, with Broadway, off-Broadway, film, and television credits and a filmmaker. Member of the Interactive Deep Dive, I co-wrote and directed Open Mind a Simulife, featured through SXSW 2018 and co-produced by Meow Wolf. A mega project involving over 100 actors and 15 real-world sets throughout Austin, TX. 2009 I founded Live in Theater Productions (LIT Interactive LLC). LIT is an American interactive theater company that creates innovative, top-notch entertainment as well as innovative corporate diversity programming and professional development workshops - Some of the accolades for LIT\'s interactive and immersive true crime mystery experiences. The New York Times “Hugely entertaining” New York Magazine “Brilliant” History News Network “ This is very different kind of theater, unique and wonderful.” Before the COVID-19 pandemic, LIT played simultaneous productions in New York City, Austin, Texas, Los Angeles, California, and Madrid, Spain. Since shifting to entirely virtual programming, LIT plays for companies, educational groups, and individuals worldwide. On average, we perform between 300 - 600 performances a year! LIT operates a very niche market in that our entertainment is interactive. The interactive techniques that LIT has created and developed are our magic ingredient. LIT audiences will engage, play along, and become part of the work, not just voyeurs of it. This translates into very uncommon and highly memorable entertainment, entertainment that sells! LIT\'s ingenious work includes the Ryan Case 1873, Lombardi Case 1975, Fierce & Deadly 1988, J&K 1975, The Trial of Typhoid Mary, Malts of Legend for Bacardi, and Innovative work for Smirnoff, and Wonderland Events. I have a coaching practice where I impart my knowledge and expertise as an entrepreneur and business owner to professionals, from business owners to professional actors, writers, and directors looking to evolve in their fields. I was also an educator teaching with major New York City institutions for over 30 years. I want to affiliate myself with creative powerhouses in live entertainment and film and high-end luxury travel brands, marketing companies, and individuals who see interactive theater as a way to transform our current notion of what joy can be.
