Designed, built and audited user experiences across all customer touch points, for both physical and digital interactions. This includes requirement gathering, communication with key 3rd parties, as well as designing initial wireframes and technical documentation. Lead developer team standup meetings and made key decisions regarding user flows. Tested functionality and worked with QA team to ensure each feature is understood & thoroughly vetted. As a mobile applications developer I built elegant front-end user experiences using MVC with.NET & Xamarin.
