Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Alcohol Gaming Commission Ontario (AGCO)- Ensures that proper security is provided for all transfers of monies within the Casino- Assist patrons with a wide variety of inquiries and situations including providing information about the property and events, giving directions and possibly escorting them if needed- Prepare detailed incident reports in a clear and precise- Patrol the casino areas to establish a security presence and report all unusual situations and/or suspicious- Assist in the coordination and resolution of emergency- Assist in maintaining proper key- Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate managers of concerns and observations- Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values of Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion and- Ensure prompt and discreet notification to managers of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics

ABOUT CARLO BERNARD
Over the past few years, I\'ve had the incredible opportunity to contribute to the safety and security of communities both locally and internationally. Since September 2024, I\'ve been working as a Security Guard Training Specialist for Commissionaires Ottawa. It’s been a fulfilling journey instructing new applicants on how to become effective security guards, facilitating orientation courses, and teaching supervisor-level training along with Use of Force training. Before this role, I joined the Canadian Red Cross as a Security Coordinator in the summer of 2022. My work with the International Federation of Red Cross Red Crescent as an International Security Coordinator Delegate in Haiti, Cuba and the Dominican Republic enriched my perspective on global security challenges. Prior to that, I served as a Field Security Advisor with UNOPS during the Haitian Presidential election from 2021 to 2022. My career spans over 20 years as a peace officer, with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) dedicated to increasing safety, saving lives, and working to lower crime rates. I’ve responded to countless crime scenes, conducted investigations, and developed expertise in crisis intervention techniques. As a military infantry veteran with the Royal Canadian Regiment and Canadian Grenadier Guards, I’ve honed my leadership skills, particularly in instructional design and conflict resolution. I\'m passionate about sharing my knowledge, as a guest speaker on topics like Use of Force and Racism in the Force, while advocating for initiatives that support both the Thin Blue Line and Black Lives Matter. Reflecting on my journey, I’m reminded of the importance of service and community.
