About Carl Moses
AGB Search works with colleges and universities of all types and sizes, providing an array of customized and comprehensive services to identify highly qualified and diverse candidates for executive positions, including interim placements. In addition to search, the firm provides executive compensation services and executive coaching. Other services include presidential transition support, anti-bias training, and behavioral/cognitive assessments. As a former faculty member, I taught environmental science, including geochemistry, thermodynamics, and weather and climate. My research interests are in aqueous geochemistry, the chemical interactions between water and Earth\'s crust, especially the surface chemistry of minerals and the molecular interface between minerals and aqueous solutions.As a former academic administrator and leader (21 years as associate dean, dean, deputy provost, and provost), I have experience with academic program development and management, salary, budget, and personnel administration, institutional accreditation, student affairs, institutional effectiveness, and enrollment management.
