Experience and Specialization:I am an advisor in group-insurance plans and an associate director in the Willis Towers Watson Health & Benefits team in Montreal. I joined Willis Towers Watson in February 2011. I have conducted numerous initiatives relating to group benefits- Review of benefit plan design (traditional and flexible) and the related pricing- Integration/harmonization of benefit programs to achieve operational efficiency- Renewal analysis review under various types of financial arrangements- Ongoing plan management and implementation of cost control strategies- Vendor procurement including outsourcing services- PRB/PEB valuations and preparing financial disclosures- CommunicationMy current responsibilities also include people management responsibilities for Health and Benefits colleagues with 1-4 years of experience and recruiting talent from actuarial programs in Québec as part of our HB internship program.
