The DPS (part of Computershare Group) is England & Wales\' largest provider of tenancy deposit protection for landlords and letting agents, protecting over 7 million tenancies - Drove development for internal and external web apps for over 3m users across the UK - Led 4 product releases through their full life cycle from vision, research to launch and post-launch analytics - Performed research and analysis on customer behaviour and pain points which drove key decisions and designs - Worked cross functionally with users, stakeholders, development, testers, marketing and sales - Used a data driven approach with OKRs and KPIs to measure success including in terms of both user engagement and FTE savings - Helped build and define the product roadmap from scratch as well as innovated documentation for visions, requirements, testing and post-launch analysis
