Retiring United States Marine Corps Gunnery Sergeant with 20 years of honorable service, specializing in Air Traffic Control and operational leadership in both garrison and deployed environments. I bring a strong background in aviation operations, training and mentoring, safety and compliance, and interagency coordination—serving not only as a controller but also as a trusted leader and advisor across joint and multinational settings.Throughout my career, I’ve managed complex airspace operations, served as a liaison with allied forces, and led high-performing teams through demanding missions. My recent work includes supporting joint exercises in the Indo-Pacific region and collaborating with host-nation air forces and aviation authorities to enhance operational interoperability.Known for my calm under pressure and ability to bring structure to fast-paced environments, I am passionate about building cohesive teams, solving problems with a mission-first mindset, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. As I transition to civilian life, I’m pursuing roles that allow me to leverage my leadership, technical expertise, and operational insight—especially in areas such as Range Management, Veteran Support Services, and Aviation Safety.Outside of work, I’m a dedicated father, music lover, travel enthusiast, and student of both Tagalog and Ilocano. I take pride in bringing the same level of discipline and attention to detail to woodworking as I do to mission execution.
