About Carlin Guidi

I’m a marketing and partnerships leader who finds the most fulfillment in supporting others, empowering teams, and helping mission-driven companies grow in thoughtful, sustainable ways.Much of my approach to work is shaped by how I grew up. I’m originally from a farm in Montana, where I learned to be responsible and resorceful. That experience instilled a deep respect for hard work, community, and doing things with care and intention. Those values continue to guide how I show up professionally today.Throughout my career, I’ve taken full advantage of the education each role has offered, building experience across marketing, operations, buying, learning and development, program rollout, and cross-functional collaboration. I enjoy expanding my skill set, learning from the people around me, and sharing that knowledge in ways that help teams work more effectively and confidently. The work I’m most proud of is rooted in strong relationships, clear communication, and a belief that people generally have good intentions.My background includes serving as a primary point of contact for partners and stakeholders, supporting operational initiatives, rolling out new programs, and leading event and tradeshow efforts from planning through execution. Experience also includes developing and executing integrated plans, analyzing performance to drive better outcomes, and collaborating closely with creative, product, leadership, and field teams. Environments where priorities shift, collaboration is essential, and the focus is on creating real value for both partners and the organization are where I do my best work.At the core, I’m a dependable team player with a strong work ethic and a values-driven mindset.
