   After working as a CFO for the past 2.5 years, I\'m excited to be partnering with BSSF again in this new role. Of all the different service area experiences I had at RLH/BSSF in my former public accounting life, doing business valuations was always the most interesting to me and I am very excited to be doing this work again.In this role, I perform valuations of closely held businesses for business owners, their family members, attorneys, or other interested parties. These business valuations are done to help plan for a business sale, purchase, or other ownership transition or to help with estate and gift planning and compliance. The litigation consulting services I provide include business valuations and calculations for equitable distribution and support as part of divorce matters. I also assist with valuation needs for owner dispute situations.
