I graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University–Bloomington in December 2022, earning dual degrees in Marketing and Business Management. I’ve always been driven by a passion for new experiences, leadership opportunities, and challenges that push me to grow—both personally and professionally. That mindset led me to begin my career at Belden Inc. through the LAUNCH Program (Marketing track), where I completed three rotational roles across key marketing functions. I started as a Digital Marketing Specialist based in Carmel, IN, followed by a role as an Events & Experience Specialist, and most recently served as a Growth Marketing Specialist supporting Belden’s Broadband Solutions. Through the LAUNCH Program, I gained a well-rounded foundation across the marketing landscape while strengthening my leadership and strategic thinking skills. These experiences have prepared me for the next phase of my career as a Senior Specialist, CIC Experience, where I focus on bringing Belden’s strategy to life through impactful, customer-centric experiences at our regional Customer Innovation Centers and Customer Innovation Gateways. I’m excited to continue growing in my marketing career and creating meaningful, engaging experiences that connect strategy to real-world impact.
