   Full cycle recruiting for HR, Accounting, Business Operations, and Marketing positions. Currently on the University recruiting team building relationships with universities and recruiting for our internship program. This role includes everything from forecasting to extending the final offer. Some main responsibilities to note are: • Thorough intake meetings with hiring manager to understand the position, hiring strategy, and also create scorecards and design the interview process • Creating job descriptions, social media posts, reviewing resumes, sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating all of the interviews. • Being the candidates POC and keeping them engaged throughout the process. • Creating reports as needed- like competitive comp analysis, calculating the cost per hire, pipeline sources, sourcing efforts, etc. • Was a lead on a program to revamp our internal hiring process. This included meetings with stakeholders, process improvement and design, and rolling out our final product.
