ABOUT CARLIE KRAUSKE
As an HR professional with over 7 years of experience, I have found a passion for working with students who are early in their career journey. I have a true desire for mentoring others in the early careers space, with the ultimate goal of providing insight while also developing meaningful relationships. I strive to be a resource for all who are early in their careers, and seek to continue developing relationships with universities as well.I\'m currently the Regional Recruiter at Fastenal overseeing their Wisconsin region. In my region, I help support recruitment efforts for our part time supply chain & sales roles by partnering with universities and community organizations throughout the state. I attend different university events (mock interviews, classroom presentations, career fairs, etc.) I also support the summer intern program for the region, and engage with our district managers to support their recruitment needs.
