About Carlie Bixler
I have multiple years of experience in \"thinking like a customer.\" My primary goal as an Executive in the field of customer service has always been to understand the goals of the customers and to ensure that these goals are accomplished by any means necessary. I am an effective team communicator and pride myself with creating foundational relationships with teammates at work and those in my network. I enjoy learning about the roles of others and how we can best compliment one another in a work environment. It is easy to lose track of time when your business priorities are competing with the customer priorities; I am able to effectively time manage by leveraging my resources and relying on my prominent style of communication. The majority of my experience has been in retail, and I have managed a large team in which I have been expected to be a positive and passionate role model. The development of others is highly important to me, and I have helped to elevate my team leaders through coaching, recognition and a positive work atmosphere. My positivity and natural drive for success stem from my personal life. I take pride in having a background of a myriad of diverse experiences. In my undergraduate career I had the opportunity to lead over 48 organizations of the All Greek Council at the University at Albany, where I also attended the Massry Center for Business and played for the Women\'s Rugby team. While it can be frightening to try new things, I always find it rewarding.
