ABOUT CARLI QUINCEY
I help qualified individuals in the social services and non profit sector find meaningful work with Olive Crest, an organization dedicated to preventing child abuse by Strengtheing Equipping and Restoring children and families in crisis.\"one life at a time\". I am the Regional Director of Human Resource at Olive Crest- Riverside with a particular passion for intercultural HR and maximizing employee engagement. I received my BA in Communication with a minor in HRM from Rutgers University. Soon after, I attended The University of York to gain my MA and certification in HR. This experience developed my international business experience and HR worldview. HR is a quickly changing industry with many obstacles to navigate. However, I find HR to be highly interesting and rewarding due to the constant evolving of employee and organizational relations.
