Designed and launched the Wyoming Forest Program from the ground up, managing all phases of programmatic development and deployment- Direct and manage all aspects of TNC Wyoming’s statewide forest conservation portfolio, working with diverse and geographically dispersed partners to accelerate and inform science-based forest management- Provide organizational leadership and cross-team collaboration with internal TNC teams across Wyoming, Western Division, and North America, including other conservation programs, philanthropy, public funding, science, finance, and marketing/communications- Create and implement results-driven conservation strategies focused on improving forest ecosystem health and strengthening community resilience in a changing climate- Scale best available science, practices, and innovation by pairing on-the-ground demonstration projects with participation in larger scale regional collaboratives- Lead a variety of multi-organizational project teams including Indigenous Peoples, local and state government, natural resource management agencies, academic institutions, private entities, local communities, and others to implement strategic priorities- Innovate new systems and processes for project implementation and management, including geospatial, technical, and communication tools- Build and foster relationships with Indigenous Peoples to advance their sovereign rights in natural resource decision making and enable conditions for scalable and equitable forest management- Lead TNC Wyoming Equitable Conservation team to facilitate deeper learning and practice of diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice for staff and Board of Trustees- Work closely with philanthropy staff to maintain a successful private fundraising program, assisting in relationship management, cultivation, and donor education- Generate storytelling and impact reporting communications for a variety of internal and external audiences.
