ABOUT CARL JENKINS

I am a values-driven executive with over 40 years of experience successfully helping executives and Boards of Directors navigate complex business matters including financial audits and tax matters, M&A, valuations, white-collar investigations, risk analysis and mitigation, and financial and business consulting. As a passionate and empowering leader, I focus on driving business outcomes through collaboration and communication and serving as a role model for excellence in client and employee experience. Throughout my 11 years as a business leader within and President of the Governance and Risk Advisory division at Kroll (formerly Duff & Phelps), I successfully expanded the scope and reach of our services to clients worldwide both organically and through the integration of five acquisitions in multiple countries and opened offices in six additional countries. Overall, my division had over employees in over 40 countries.I currently serve as a Senior Advisor to Kroll on a wide range of risks for clients in the areas of expert services, investigations, regulatory compliance, restructuring and due diligence. As an active member of the risk management community, I frequently speak to professional associations, law firms and banks and contribute to national publications on the topics of forensic accounting, valuation, litigation and the casino industry. I am co-author of “Casino Gaming in Massachusetts: An Economic Fiscal and Social Analysis” which is a comprehensive policy study concerning the economic, fiscal and social impacts of the legalization of casino gaming in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
