   Building upon the foundation I created as the manager of our Voice of the Employee program, as Senior Manager I expanded to focus on People Strategy across the organization, have led critical firmwide strategic efforts with our head of strategy, and began working much closer with our senior leadership and c-suite as a result of this. Below are some of the things I\'ve focused on in the first two years- grew my team to add an analyst focused on EVP and an analyst focused on our VoE so I could lean further into people strategy, while mentoring them, helping them grow, and find their own expertise in the space- became recognized as a “go-to” for collaboration, resilience, and cross-team coordination (substantiated by feedback from team leads and business partners)- became heavily involved in our people data management and how the data from our HRIS was integrated into our VoE- the head of communications took over our team and I have gotten to learn from the absolute best in people, internal communications and have gained some expertise in the space as well - designing, creating, and delivering copious amounts of detailed and high-quality (near perfect) decks and comms for every strategic initiative we touch- as the market and consulting began hitting rough waters and our near-ten year stretch of 30% YoY growth slowed, became closely involved and any changes necessary to keep up with this shift: including rightsizing strategy and execution, change management as founders and long-time leaders began exiting, led vision and values workshops with our C-suite to get the leadership team on the same page for the future of our firm, designed and wrote our new values and rolled out to the firm, co-created our return to work strategy, in-person strategy, contributed to the people and metrics design of our new operating model and rolled out firmwide, led the merger of our 3 biggest practices into one mega-practice, and leading how to get people back in front of clients
