Directly supervise a team of 21 Account Directors/Executives, a Video Director/Editor, Production Manager, Studio Artists, and Production Coordinator. Manage overall P&L for all clients and develop statements of work estimates; oversee 32 client production budgets that range from to $2 Million each.Key Accomplishments Managed all out-of-home marketing materials for Samsung USA across the U.S. for 16 product launches over 4 years. Managed the creation of 60K+ printed and digital media elements in national newspapers, multi-city train station installations, and wall scape takeovers. Led a team of 20+ who were available 24/7 to fulfill client requests. Served as the principal representative for the Texas Health account for 16+ years. Drove the strategy of the client’s corporate branding, service line marketing, hospital launches, and new product market introductions. Created 2k+ marketing pieces each year to position Texas Health as the leader in healthcare in North Texas. Helped formulate brand positioning that transitioned ZICO Coconut Water from a beverage focused on immigrant sales to an all-natural sports drink. Worked closely with social media influencers to gain followers and increase brand awareness. Achieved triple digit growth over 3-years that led to Coca-Cola purchasing the ZICO brand.
