My role as Chief of People, Culture, and Inclusion is an enterprise leadership role, reporting directly to the President & CEO. I serve as a member of the Covenant House Executive Team and Leadership Council. I partner with other senior leaders to develop and drive forward the key strategies of the organization. I lead Covenant House’s commitment and strategy to be a diverse, anti-racist, equitable, and inclusive organization. I am responsible for working with agency leadership and staff to inform, set and implement an overarching vision of DEI for Covenant House (both Covenant House International and all affiliates) —both at the programmatic and administrative levels.
