About Carlene Lewis
Since late 2014 I’ve had the opportunity to manage a new, modern Caribbean restaurant in Philadelphia serving as the Business & General Manager at 48th Street Grille. Over time I’ve had the pleasure to help impact the daily operations of a start-up venture, growing its awareness organically utilizing grassroots marketing methods to meet and exceed financial goals. My current role includes responsibilities in the areas of Marketing, Finance, and Human Resources (to name a few). Additionally, I secure new business and maintain a number of relationships through Catering Sales for both 48th Street Grille and Catering by Carl Lewis, LLC.Early in my professional career I served in the areas of Traditional Marketing, Retail Marketing, Digital Marketing, and more recently Sales. From those experiences I developed a passion for analytics, refining my skills within the services industry. As a modern marketer I was able to secure a a few Sales Leadership roles in the area of nutrition with a focus on weight management and sports nutrition.In 2019 I graduated with my MBA at Drexel University with a focus on Digital Marketing.
