I\'m a seasoned emergency management consultant with over 15 years of experience supporting FEMA across preparedness, response, and mission support functions. My work spans the development and rollout of national doctrine, improvement of operational systems like NIMS and FQS, and design of training, planning, and stakeholder engagement initiatives that strengthen capabilities at all levels of government.From launching the National Qualification System and shaping workforce development programs to modernizing internal FEMA business processes, I bring a deep understanding of how to translate complex requirements into actionable, impactful solutions.    Managed the development and implementation of a Workforce Readiness Cycle for FEMA\'s incident workforce members, defining the recruitment, training, deployment, and development/support of the incident workforce. Managed the development of over 100 position-specific, task-based courses for positions within FEMA\'s Qualification System and curriculum development for the incident workforce. Led efforts for recruitment and retention of FEMA\'s field leaders for the Field Leadership Directorate. Led the development of a Core Values Action Plan for a Joint Recovery Office. Supported the implementation of NIMS doctrine at the state and local level and the adoption of the National Qualification System throughout the nation.
