I have been fortunate to steward and apply innovation for brands such as Autodesk, Charles Schwab, Dell Consumer, DXC Technology, IBM, and numerous startups and private companies. With keen insight and a great eye, I dissect complex business scenarios to uncover the simple but powerful truths that focus the vision, shift the paradigm and revolutionize the results. My broad and deep expertise spans customer insight to early-stage exploration to incubation and launch. With unwavering advocacy for the customer and expertise in human-driven innovation, I engage with users directly to uncover penetrating insights, then address those insights in meaningful and empathetic ways. Examples include: • Envisioning and launching an enterprise-wide platform that brought together 13 separate business marketing groups resulting in a 75%+ increase in customer and client engagement reducing overall content expense $5M in year one. • Re-imagining a shopping experience into a meaningful digital experience increasing the company’s NPS by more than 20 points. • Introducing an AI conceptual framework with a defined plan to adopt and implement at scale. Equally important, I am collaborative by nature, leading, developing, and inspiring cross-functional teams—fostering creative and innovative mindsets, behaviors, and capabilities. What I have learned and developed while working with some wicked smart people is Courage. Courage is what makes innovation possible because there will be hairball days in the journey, but it sure is fun. Outside of my professional life, my aesthetic vision and love of design led to my home being featured on HGTV’s Big Idea Small Spaces; and inspired me to create Atelier Vous, a made-to-measure women’s apparel business that is now owned and operated by high-end seamstresses.
