CICERO Operations Manager responsible for the daily CICERO operations, coordinates with clinical and administrative staff at 9 health centers; oversees a core team of support staff, collaborates w/Data Analyst for data capture and reporting systems; works closely w/departments for financial, personnel, and operational support; with NYC DOHMH and the NYS DOH, CDC and the NYS AIDS Institute to maintain grant contracts, for quality improvement plans, maintaining guidelines current, & developed MMG\'s first PrEP Newsletter for PrEP providers and prescribers throughout the medical group. On-going Management of MAPCI\'s Steering Committee, CME coordination, support of 21 MMG sites regarding adolescent health rights, laws, workflows, policies, the standardization of signage, the Teen Corner capital improvement project, development of and training staff on the Teen Corner Operationalization Guide; collaboration with the department of community and population health for the recruitment of Montefiore Certified Health Educators to serve as MMG Teen Champions; developed and implemented Teen Champion Orientation training; liaising between MMG and the NYC -Bronx Dept of Health Teen Connection program for staff training on the sexual health intervention Seventeen Days; collaborating with MMG sites to provide data to identify high-risk adolescents to recruit for the intervention and to develop other recruitment strategies as well as implementation planning; collaboration with the Director of Community Health Education to create an International Adolescent Health Week (IAHW) planning committee to plan, organize and operationalize adolescent focused education and activities at multiple MMG sites to celebrate IAHW and conduct a \"Kick-Off\" event to precede the week of events.
