I am an automotive engineering manager with 27 years of experience which includes 13 years in leadership, 18 years in software/controls, and 5 years in noise and vibration performance. Over the course of my career, I have continually shown strong leadership by developing large, engaged teams, and enabling them to change the business by promoting teamwork and encouraging each person to excel. My relentless attention to detail allows me to look at problems strategically and develop purposeful solutions in areas of innovative technology and customer enthusiasm. My career focus has been on software integration and test, customer experience, product integration, and organizational development. In addition to my day job, I take pride in managing GM’s new hire rotational program as well as volunteering with organizations such as AWIM (A World in Motion) and GetWise (Get Women in Science and Engineering) where I can make an impact on getting our next generation excited about STEM fields.

   Team(s) Managed: Asked to temporarily lead entire MSP organization in addition to EGM responsibilities• Responsible for 340 person organization which includes 8 managers, 140 GM employees and 200 bundled service employees• Manage $40M budget for the organization• Resource planning for 2030 roadmap working with the quad to forecast workload demand and capacity over the next 5 years • Lead the team through the “Jan 3 push” to meet priority ITCGs by Jan 3, which includes plant down mentality, keeping the team on target and motivated during 7 day per week push for 3 months, and working closely with downstream stakeholders on tradeoffs
