I walk along the large community of youth who dream big, work hard, and seek social justice.Passionate about creative campaigns aimed at improving the quality of life in low-income and underrepresented communities. The priority of my work in marketing and research is integrating advocacy, strategy, and innovation to influence mindset change and action. I am a graduating first-generation, transfer student at Emerson College. My studies in marketing communication, both in Boston and the Netherlands, have enriched my skills in creative direction, brand identity, market research, storytelling, and sustainability communication. With this academic foundation, I want to grow as a leader in the nonprofit and social enterprise sectors by advancing missions for social change and driving actionable UN Sustainable Development Goals through media campaigns, educational programs, and business models.I am currently working as program director at Meraki Youth Inc, our non-profit organization based in Miami, FL. Rooted in the values of doing things from the heart with creativity and intention, our executive team works to advance quality education and health. We innovate and promote international service programs, local community efforts, and foster nationwide collaborations. Some of our distinguished non-profit partnerships have included the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation, Fundación Jóvenes Contra el Cancer, Florida Student Power, the Florida Immigrant Coalition (FLIC), and Cristina\'s Academy. In addition to these efforts, my curiosity extends to learning about languages, sustainability ethics, organizational theory and design, leadership, and international education. In the future, I aspire to conduct research with business school faculty to explore the impact of corporate social responsibility across international organizations and its relationship to mission-driven teams and collaborative behavior.Lastly, I love to spend time in the great outdoors, photographing landscapes, appreciating design & architecture, getting back in touch with old books, or challenging myself to prepare a new recipe.Clifton Strengths: Communication, empathy, includer, strategic.
