About Carlee Strathmann
XQ Institute is working to radically transform the high school experience for young people everywhere. In my role, I support senior leadership to drive community engagement, digital marketing and experiential campaigns, and strategic partnerships. I formerly served as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Applied Research Assistant for UVA\'s Supporting Transformative Autism Research (STAR) team, dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with autism through groundbreaking research and innovative models for intervention and training. During my time at UVA\'s Curry School of Education & Human Development, I studied Youth & Social Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship. I\'m skilled in program and project management, marketing, communications, research, nonprofit operations, and strategy.
