I spent a whole year on a round-the-world trip that spanned 23 countries between 20••••11. After the trip, I took on a different kind of adventure: Real Estate. My world travels, in combination with my previous career in the financial service industry, gave me a global perspective and see real estate as a stream of capital flow, rather than a fixed asset. This broader vision allowed me to better service my clients in the Greater Vancouver, which is a major destination for international capital.In recent years my passion for land development has brought me to work extensively on appraising, negotiating, and marketing land assemblies and development sites throughout Lower Mainland.
