USAF Brigadier General (retired) Carl Buhler is the CEO of Buhler Consulting, LLC (a SDVOSB) and provides consulting services for defense, aerospace, and technology companies with clients ranging from startups to small & medium-sized businesses to Fortune 100 companies, private equity, VCs and non-profits. Consulting includes SBIR & STTR Phase I / Phase II proposals (+ execution), TACFI / STRATFI, Phase business development, strategy, M&A, Price-to-Win, Color-Teams, technology insertion, AFWERX, & innovation. He also deployed to Operation Desert Storm’s cease-fire phase, Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) & Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF). Five-time commander. Experience in business development, DLA, industry & general partnering, proposals, FMS, program management, training, legislative, 5th gen aircraft, P&L, production, color teams & boards. Served as Commander, Ogden Air Logistics Complex (ALC), UT; Hq AF as Dep Director for logistics budgeting; Hq Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) as the Director of Logistics, Inst & Mission Support; & Hq Air Combat Command (ACC) as the Director of Logistics, Eng & Force Protection. At Ogden ALC, led team of 7,500 to ensure A-10, C-130, F-16, F-22, F-35, T-38, Minuteman & commodity readiness through depot MRO. At ACC, retired Brig General Buhler was responsible for aircraft maintenance, logistics, munitions, supply, force protection & civil eng for 1,100+ combat & support aircraft (F-35, F-22, F-16, F-15C/E, A-10, E-3/-8/-9, RC/OC/WC-135, U-2, HH-60, MQ-1/-9, RQ-4 & E/HC-130). Envisioned/led creation of innovative Sortie Production Assessments (SPA) & Advanced Sortie Production Course (ASPC). Led assessments & collaborated w/ MAJCOMs, the inspector general & operational wings. Led large sortie production gains & process improvements. Carl Buhler also served as Commander of the 78th Air Base Wing (Robins Air Force Base, GA), 379th Expeditionary Maintenance Group (SW Asia) & 57th Aircraft Maintenance/57th Component Maintenance Sqs (Nellis Air Force Base, NV). As Bionic Lift, LLC\'s CEO, performs R&D on exoskeletons and serves as distributor for the Skelex 360, Ironhand Glove, and Noonee Chairless Chair.
