I’m a strategist with a decade of experience in branding, research, and design across multinational companies and community based nonprofits. Through crafting compelling, evidence-based stories, I help people make decisions and spark creative problem solving.In my free time I enjoy neighborhood projects, learning about natural systems and people systems, and narrative driven farming sims.    AGO is a movement accelerator. We work with activists and funders to tell powerful stories, grow movements, and accelerate positive social change often around democracy building, human rights, and climate action. I lead the strategy department in providing brand and comms strategy, innovation design, and capacity building facilitation-Developed brand strategy, brand redesign, org planning, and an anti-torture law advocacy campaign with human rights law group, Cross Cultural Foundation-Built a volunteer program database and developed brand strategy and refresh for the website and social for Thai election observation youth group We Watch-Identified value prop, brand positioning, creative strategy for a contemporary community-led Direct Philanthropy model-Developed research plan for discovery, messaging, UX design, target audience, campaign strategy, and brand to promote the switch to Unicode in Myanmar. The program pilot for Go Unicode resulted in ~4M reach and 28K conversions-Developed target audience research and activation strategy to accompany book launch of Regeneration, Endling the Climate Crisis in One Generation.
