Genuinely connecting, guiding and empowering beautiful people to their breakthroughs and transformation is humbling and rewarding beyond measure. I am a thriving survivor, a trauma resolution coach, published author, speaker, and the creator & facilitator of empowerment workshops: 1. Wake-Up and Get Real 2. Freedom to Fly From experience, personal growth and training, I speak on suicide prevention and thriving beyond a multitude of traumas and trauma responses. Empowering my audiences with specific tools to overcome and thrive, and further guiding them in experiential exercises to love and accept themselves. In private group settings, I work with organizations, business partners, families and even friends to resolve pain points and cultivate authenticity, safety, trust, honest communication and TEAM. My formal training includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication with a minor in Political Science, plus certifications in neurological efficiencies, trauma resolution, life and transformational coaching. Additional training in progress includes: Emotional Intelligence, Mental Health & Wellness in the Workplace, Greater Resilience Information Toolkit (GRIT) coach training, Colorado Speaker Academy (CSA) and the Women\'s Community Leadership Initiative (WCLI).
