About Carla Rosas
Hello! My name\'s Carla. I’m a designer, writer, and strategist who believes effective products go beyond being useful. They’re rooted in research, are grounded in empathy, and are inclusive of diverse lived experiences. This belief has guided my work in a variety of roles on mission-driven, collaborative teams both large and small. I’m currently a part of the UX design community at U.S. Bank—the fifth-largest commercial bank in the nation. I support multiple scrum teams within the Treasury and Payment Solutions portfolio and collaborate closely with UX researchers, software engineers, product managers, accessibility experts and other designers. Together, we build human-centered solutions for the bank’s corporate and commercial clients.
