About Carla Odonnell-Rizzo
I started at Completely KIDS (then Camp Fire USA Midlands Council Inc.) as a volunteer and worked my way up through part time Program Support Staff to Program Coordinator/Specialist to Program Manager to Director of Programs, COO, and now CEO. I have the privilege of working with children, families, staff, community partners, board members, and donors to provide access to opportunities to children and families in our community. Completely KIDS believes using a multipronged approach to impact our community by meeting basic needs, providing access to mental health services, providing employment opportunities and experiences to teens, ensuring parents have the resources that they need to remove barriers for their children and families, and provide children with access to skills and experiences that will shape their goals are critical. Some of my favorite professional experiences include Leadership Omaha (Class 38), several trainings through ICAN, and TEAM. In my spare time, I enjoy volunteering at my sons\' school, advocating for mental health services, and spending time with friends and family.
