ABOUT CARLA DURANDISSE
I am a creative consultant and strategist connecting people and brands to bring game changing ideas to life using experience design, collective intelligence, and social alchemy. With over 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, nonprofit growth, and business development, I have a proven track record of helping clients build relationships, grow their businesses, and achieve their goals. I started my career in urban radio advertising sales in the Washington, D.C. metro area after graduating from Howard University. I then transitioned into broadcast television sales, where I grossed over $1M in station revenue while building a portfolio of local and national clients. Most recently, I worked in nonprofit education for a local scholarship program for low-income families in D.C, where I handled marketing and program expansion, and increased the organization\'s footprint in the community. During the pandemic, I started an online community called Black Women Getting into Tech for minority women looking to make a career transition into the tech industry with no prior experience. After making my pivot into SaaS sales, I realized that my true passion is helping creatives and brands amplify their impact. That\'s why I\'m now a creative consultant and strategist, dedicated to helping my clients create and execute winning strategies that bring their visions to life.
