I\'ve held two roles at Asana within the Customer Education function: Head of Customer Education- Oversee content and program strategy for Asana’s award-winning CEd function, producing 50% YoY growth in traffic while maintaining 4.5+ CSAT average across all learning programs- Manage, coach, mentor team of 4, driving content roadmap for live training (13k+ users/yr) and eLearning (Academy)(90k+ users/yr) programs. Grew LXD team by 33% in 2021, resulting in 2x course production in H1- Partner with User Research to implement user testing as part of Academy course development process. Project Manager, Customer Education- Designed Asana Together Community workshops (8k+ attendees/yr, 4.6 CSAT avg), which serve as the basis for all Enterprise training delivered by Asana’s Onboarding and Professional Services teams- Led redesign of “Asana Basics” framework, which has since been populated across all learning platforms (live training, eLearning, videos). Co-wrote and produced “What’s New in Asana” and “How to Asana” video series- Designed Asana’s first change management training, aimed at empowering champions to lead successful rollouts for adoption. 4.6 CSAT, 92% strongly agree/agree the training “prepared me to use Asana with my team.”
