As an operations director with a 25-year history of boosting operational efficiency at leading organizations, I draw on a strong leadership background, my people management skills, and operational excellence execution to drive continuous organizational growth. My approach for achieving this growth is threefold: I identify key profitability areas, build customer-focused operations, and invest in continuous capacity-building initiatives. I am passionate about sharing advances in healthcare with professionals, patients, caregivers, and family members to drive overall care quality improvement. To achieve this, I have led multiple training initiatives, conducted seminars and webinars, and served as a break-out session speaker at national conferences throughout my career.
