iVendi offer an out-of-the box end-to-end vehicle sales platform that works both online and in the showroom. As Head of Compliance, I am responsible for overseeing iVendi\'s adherence to data protection laws and ensuring that our products enable dealers and lenders to comply with both data protection laws and also FCA Handbook rules and guidance such as CONC and the Consumer Duty.

I help financial organisations meet their obligations to the regulators. This is something I have experience of across multiple financial products and with a wide range of companies (a big bank, a fintech start up and various sizes of software companies). My success lies in my strong understanding of the regulatory environment, my ability to apply a pragmatic and commercial lens to decision making and the way I keep consumer outcomes at the heart of everything I do. One of my main passions is knowledge sharing which is critical to ensuring regulatory compliance. When people understand the benefits and intentions of regulations, they are better able to achieve the requirements. Another thing I\'m enthusiastic about is problem solving. I get great satisfaction from analysing business processes, identifying gaps and risks and then working to implement compliant solutions that are easy to follow and focus on consumer needs.
